workout log

30 min today...then fast shower to hurry up to Girl Scouts. Then I didn't get my lunch until 3:15! I scarffed that salad & all the flat bread with it too. darn...there was 30 min for nothing.

  1. Not for nothing. Even if you eat all the calories up right away, it's still never for nothing because it's working your metabolism and doing good stuff for your heart, lungs, muscles, etc.

    PLUS, you'd have still eaten even if you didn't exercise :)
