It seems that everything that I'm involved with right now is trying to make me the grumpiest person on the planet. Is it the full moon? Is it PMS? I suppose it is lucky that DH isn't here to grump me out too. LOL
In one group, I've got folks who don't understand the words "NO! We don't have the money for that."
In another group for someone who doesn't want to cause "any drama", actions seem awefully dramatic and petty.
And in the last group fears confirmed.
All of this is making me wonder if perhaps it's time to rethink my committments in these areas. Well the one group I will be leaving at the end of my term, but there's a lot more stuff to deal with before that happens. The other two should work themselves out soon.
Ever wish that you could fast forward through stuff like in that Adam Sandler movie?
I hope the situations get better soon. Exercise is a great way to elevate your mood. Just saying...
ReplyDeleteSounds to me like you are doing waaaaay too much! No wonder you're feeling this way. I have some advise that I hope you will at least consider following...next time someone asks you to do something...lift your tongue to the top of your mouth, let the sound/air come through your nose and then add the sound "o"... this will give you the word "no". Try it...it works!
ReplyDeleteThis is why I stopped doing so much. Who needs the frustration?
ReplyDeleteI sure do!!! I really wish I could do that with something right now!
ReplyDeleteI always say no to anybody that wants me to do anything. I end up helping with whatever it is, but I never take responsibility for anything.
ReplyDeleteTotally. Like right through The Man's college time. Once he's got a decent job, I'll go back to normal speed. Where's that remote?
ReplyDeleteI hope you are able to get through it.
