I have to be honest and say that since I dug us out of the blizzards and threw my back out, I haven't gone anywhere near my eliptical trainer. So I really need your motivation to get me back on track (or eliptical trainer as the case may be.) Luckily I haven't bothered to step on my scale in a few weeks...so I don't know how much damage my cheesecake and all the other goodies I've been scarfing has done. I also haven't been stupid enough to try to run upstairs and get winded.
