We had plans for today. They're canceled. :(
Here's why...
Monday the weatherman predicted thunderstorms all day. It was dry and sunny.
Tuesday the weatherman predicted intermittent rain all day. We got rain for about 15 minutes with a few thunder strikes.
So since we had already rescheduled the Ice Cream social twice due to weather (can't eat ice cream outside when it's snowing). We weren't trusting the weatherman and just said we're going for it.
And today I wake up to pouring rain!!! But of course! The one day when we wanted the weather guy to be WRONG and it's not.
We decided to not put all the cardboard out in the rain...being nice to the trashmen so they don't pick up a box and have the bottom of it fall out. Now I get to wait for the 21st and hope for sun.
Maybe we'll get Darly's room cleaned today. Sigh.
Don't you HATE that?!?! It's always when you want them to be wrong that the buggers get it right!

I get frustrated when they're right and frustrated when they're wrong. Poor guys/gals, they really can't win with their jobs. HA!
