Pizzagna curiosity

I had an idea about my recipe...

I was curious as to who all thought that they might make it and what changes they would make to the recipe. (I'm looking for yummy variations!)

So, if you've made it or are thinking of making it...let me know and let me know how you've tweaked it too. or your ideas for tweaking it.

This might be fun!

  1. since tomato sauce does a bad thing to my stomach, I was thinking of making a "white pizzagna" I make white lasagna with butternut squash and turkey italian sausage. I would make the same sauce (an alfredo sauce made with non fat half and half and locatelli {romano} cheese and about 10 cloves of garlic) and add pepperoni, turkey italian sausage, mushrooms and ricotta cheese to make the pizzagna. Oh, and Miles loves the white lasagna, so i'm sure he'd love this too.

  3. We usually make this same thing... sorta... but we use Bow Tie Pasta and no cottage cheese or Ricotta.

    But I like your recipe and the idea about white sauce in it... or even pesto! Yumm! Might have to try that.
