workout log

30 min today. Not so bad. I think I'm going to keep at this level for a few more days before trying to go longer though.


  1. I thought of you this weekend. Yesterday I worked out for an hour and half. I almost posted a workout log on my blog, like you. HA! But then I realized that people would probably just roll their eyes at me. HA! I'm very inspired by your working out. Keep up the good work!

  2. yes, definitely start slow. Otherwise, you'll get sore and have to skip a few days.
